Custom Home Builder in La Jolla & San Diego

Established in 1997, Mercado Construction & Design brings decades of custom home building, luxury renovation, and interior design experience to the La Jolla and greater San Diego area. Building on our established reputation in Northern California, we are expanding our services to Southern California, bringing the same commitment to quality craftsmanship, thoughtful design, and personalized service.

Our approach combines experienced construction management, in-house interior design, and collaboration with talented architects and designers. From ground-up custom homes and complete renovations to outdoor living spaces, we focus on careful planning, attention to detail, and delivering exceptional results. We intentionally take on a select number of projects to ensure each client receives the personal attention and quality they deserve.

As we expand our presence in coastal San Diego, we welcome opportunities in La Jolla, Del Mar, Mission Beach, and surrounding communities. Whether you're considering a new custom home or transforming an existing residence, we would welcome the opportunity to discuss your vision and how we can bring it to life.
